Choosing your Bodhi Bs
Yes. Depending on your flow, you can choose the absorbency style that suits you. Your Bodhi B period underwear can be used without disposable products, or as a backup.
You can refer to our chart to choose your absorbency style, depending on your flow and your needs. Our Medium Absorbency style will replace 2-3 tampons or pads. Our Heavy Absorbency style will replace 3-4 tampons or pads, and the gusset may extends up the back. You can wear your Bodhi B’s for up to 8 hours, but you may choose to change them after 4-6 hours.
If you notice that the seams start to get wet, then the underwear has reached its saturation point and it’s time to change your undies. You can carry a spare in your waterproof bag and swop the wet pair with your spare pair.
We recommend starting with 3-5 pairs. We would estimate about 5 pairs depending on the heaviness of your menstrual flow, and how often you choose to wear, wash and reuse.

Care
Rinse in cold water until the water runs clear. Machine wash on Cold/Delicate cycle. Line dry or Lay Flat. Do not use Softener and do not iron. To prolong the life of your underwear, you can pop them into our laundry bag.
No. You can pop them in your Bodhi B Waterproof bag and wait until you get home.
We do not suggest soaking your undies for a long time as this will reduce the performance.
It is important to wash your underwear before use for the best performance, as well as for hygienic reasons.
Your Bodhi B undies are made of premium quality fabrics and components. They should last between 2-3 years. This will depend on how carefully you care for them and how many pairs you use over your period. Please follow our product care instructions.
Sizing
Our sizing is in line with large local retailers like Woolworths. To confirm your sizing, you can measure your hip circumference, at the point 20cm down from your waist on the side.

You should receive your order in 4-5 working days.
Once your order is with our partnered courier, you will be notified of a tracking code to use with the courier's tracking system.

For hygienic reasons and due to local regulations, we do not allow returns on period underwear. We ask that you please make sure of your size before placing your order.
We have stringent quality audit procedures in place, but if you need to advise us of a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days. A return authorisation number will be issued, and we will exchange the item.
