It is sweat absorbing and is great for light to medium flow, spotting or as a backup. It is not advisable to sleep in this style, but rather choose the Heavy Flow style.

Our middle layer absorbs the liquid, while ensuring minimum "push back" of liquid. This layer is slim at less than 3mm thickness.
A third layer is waterproof but breathable, ensuring the style is leakproof.
